Maytech Construction is no stranger to remodeling homes from the ground up. We’ve worked with many Los Angeles homeowners with different visions and dreams for their properties. Our team is here to listen to yours and turn it into reality. The way we do this is by starting off with in-depth consultation.
During this initial meeting, you’ll be introduced to your project manager, who is your point of contact for the entire remodel, based on the type of work you need to be done and the location of your home. Your Project Manager will be dedicated to your project from start to finish and supervise it daily. Our team consists of various Project Managers who specialize in different fields and project types, such as; Kitchen Remodel, Bath Remodel, Room Additions, Backyard transformations, and New Constructions. We also make sure that the assigned Project Manager is readily available to focus on your project daily until completion. The location of your home is also a factor since each city has its own codes and guidelines. Your Project manager will have knowledge and experience of your home’s location.
Once we know the scope of your project, we’ll dive into other details, such as style, colors, materials, and, of course, budget. This meeting will be the first of many as we begin to conceptualize and solidify your dream home design. As we solidify choices regarding your project, our team creates a plan of action for your project involving a design, budget breakdown, detailed timeline, material ordering, and more. All of these details and this lengthy process go into a phenomenal home remodel that will make you fall in love with your home all over again.
As a design-build firm we work with architects, engineers and designers to produce beautiful, functional structures. If an Architect or a Designer is needed for your project, immediate consultations will be scheduled with our in-home design team. Having an in-home team has many advantages. First, not having to hire an external party creates a smoother and faster process. Second, it will save you money on your overall project cost. Finally, having the entire team involved in the project simultaneously ensures that your vision is fully expressed and fulfilled without delays or miscommunication.
After a design is approved, materials have been delivered, and we settle on a start date, our team can begin to process of transforming your house into a space you have long deserved. Depending on the scope of the project, home remodeling can be a long, strenuous process. Your project manager will update you on a daily and weekly cycle to take the weight off your shoulders. They give you details regarding what is being done that day while providing you with regular walkthroughs of the project.
This transparent process helps you understand where your project is in the building process, so you aren’t left in the dark. During these updates and walk-throughs, we welcome any and all feedback. Our team wants to build a space you’ll live and find comfort in for many years to come, so let us know how we’re doing along the way.
